TMS is nowhere near as good as it used to be Boycott in particular, Vaughan and Swann have brought it down, Boycott with his endless self worth and sniggering, snide comments about others, especially Agnew, while Vaughan seems to be training to be Boycott, and Swann just isn t a very good commentator or summariser This book, however, is excellent It goes behind the scene of TMS and also gives some insight into the England cricket team as well, though not much It is, rightly, mostly about TMS summer, not so much England s It is well written, some good stories, and worth the money for any cricket fan.
